About the event
Auditions for the AEC's 2023 Company and Competition Team will be held on Sunday, August 20th at 11025 Monroe Road, Unit E, Matthews, NC 28105. As part of the audition process, performers are required to participate in a week-long intensive from Monday, August 21st - Friday, August 25th. The purpose of this is to observe dancers in a class environment with multiple teachers and dance styles. See the exciting schedule below!
Sunday, August 20th Audition Time Slots (*Subject to Change)
Level 1 (8-12): 9:30am - 11:00am
Level 2 (13-15) and Level 3 (16-18+): 12:00pm - 1:30pm
Intensive Schedule
Monday, August 21st
Ballet: 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Strength Training: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Tap: 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Wednesday, August 23rd
Improv: 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Modern: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Combination: 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Thursday, August 24th
Ballet: 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Acro: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Jazz Technique: 7:00pm - 8:00pm
